I also recommend that the Ward boys and anahs in the Ledical Department, who now receive $144 per annum only should be put into it, and that 2 boys and 3 amahs who are attend- -ants on the Hospital Sisters should be granted the privilege of Good Conduct Allowances under General Order 48. It is desirable to encourage these servants to remain over a number of years at the hospital.
